1. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • Shipping Estimates: Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days across India, depending on your location.

  • Tracking Your Order: As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking ID link so you can monitor its journey.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

2. 3-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.

  • Return Window: We offer a strict 3-day return and exchange policy. You have exactly 3 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.

  • Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Damaged or Wrong Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately within the 3-day window with photographic proof so we can resolve the issue right away.

4. Refunds
